My people, we are in the final stretch of 2020. These have been difficult times, and we still have a long way to go before we can declare victory, but we are sure that we want to be part of the change, full of good vibes and Christmas spirit, we have so much to be thankful for and having you as part of our community makes us so proud. Christmas is that special time when we dedicate ourselves to giving love without expecting anything in return, family time and traditions are spaces to nourish our identity and enjoy everything that life gives us, and year after year, we celebrate these special days with our family and friends, recreating the events and cultural traditions that we acquired from our ancestors .
The entire La Tapa del Coco team has been preparing for these dates, and in our house it already smells like Christmas. This time of year is the favorite of many and since our mission is to be able to fill you with love, we have created a new OFF-PREMISES Christmas menu for your dinners, lunches at the office and meetings at home. The idea is to be able to be present in each of your special moments, even this Christmas.
Now I want to tell you a little about the process of creating this new gastronomic proposal. The memories of Christmas with an Afro-Panamanian touch are always present. In my house, I could never miss the ham with cherries and pineapple along with the red potato salad. I met with Javier, our head chef, and we designed all the processes and logistics to bring this Christmas menu in the best style of La Tapa del Coco. Claudia has been in charge of following up on each message from our #TapaLovers in order to fill their homes with happiness. In short, we are happy to be able to share this beautiful season with you, and we are sure that better times will come.
