Isaac Villaverde
He is the Chef and founder of the Afro-descendant cultural movement La Tapa del Coco. Since 2013 he has developed and shared the mission of rescuing and preserving the Afro-Panamanian culinary heritage and culture.
10 years defining what it means to be Afro-Panamanian and millennial at the same time.
