10 years redefining what it means to be Afro-Panamanian.

We started this journey 10 years ago and today we are even more in love with the trip. We are a restaurant located in the center of Panama City, with a gastronomic offer that defines our Afro-descendant cultural heritage.

He is the Chef and founder of the Afro-descendant cultural movement La Tapa del Coco. Since 2013 he has developed and shared the mission of rescuing and preserving the Afro-Panamanian culinary heritage and culture.
