The Calypso Burger was born from the musical genre originating in Trinidad and Tobago, brought to Panama by Trinidadian migrants, primarily in Bocas del Toro, Colón, and various neighborhoods in the capital city, where the Anglo-Afro-Antillean population settled to work on the construction of the Panama Canal. Today, we're reviving those sounds from generations, transforming them into a rhythm of flavor.

Improvise a Calypso

We've created a playlist full of Calypso-Soca rhythms to get you in the mood while you enjoy your burger.

Calypso Burger

We started with artisanal cornbread, accompanied by Caribbean pork butt al pastor, chutney made from the world's finest pineapple (Panamanian), Calyp-Zonian sauce, and a crispy tamale without the raisins. To this we added some fries with our garlic and onion powder and our Jerkchup.

From March 14th to April 6th, you can vote for your Favorite Burger.
