  • The Calypso Burger

    Artisanal cornbread, Caribbean pork butt al pastor, chutney made from the best pineapple in the world (Panamanian), Calyp-Zonian sauce and crispy tamale (without raisins), accompanied by French fries with jerk ketchup.

    Coconut rice with octopus sautéed in tare, Creole sofrito cooked in smoked fish broth and coconut milk. Garnished with roasted vegetables: baby corn, broccoli and chili.
